Studio Recording Sessions

| Studio open only to the young people of Livewire by prior booking.
To request a studio recording session, please talk to any member of staff, or one of the current roster of recording engineers - Shaun, Beanie, Matt Olver, Nick Owen or Mike May. You can also MySpace any of them, or Andy or Mark Lawson as well.
We will take your details during the week, and the recording engineers will meet Mondays to decide who will record you and when with your agreement. Most sessions will be on Saturdays, but some can happen on normal evening sessions. Please can you let us know what sort of recording you want to do - kind of music / instruments / soloist / vocalist / band etc.... That will help with planning who records you and when.
All recording artists are definitely requested to have rehearsed, bring their instruments tuned / strung and ready to play and be ready to record. Please avoid parties and late nights the day before your recording session. We need you fresh and keen to record!
Note, we won't book in more than about 4 weeks in advance, but will keep you on a list of first-come first-served. |
